Aircraft Procurement, Air Force For construction, procurement, and modification of aircraft, and equipment, including armor and armament, specialized ground handling equipment, and training devices, spare parts, and accessories therefor; specialized equipment; expansion or public and private liants, Government-owned equipment and installation thereof in such plants, erection of structures, and acquisition of land without, regard to section 9774 of title 10, United States Code, for the foregoing purposes, and such land, and interests therein, may be acquired and construction prosecuted thereon prior to the approval of title by the 82 Stat. 1127Attorney General as required by section 355, Revised Statutes, as amended: reserve plant and equipment layaway; and other expenses necessary for the foregoing purposes, including rents and transportation of things; and $55,000,000 of the funds available under this head shall be available only for the F-12 aircraft program; $3,860,000,000, and, in addition, $600,000,000, of which $525,000,000 shall be derived by transfer from the Air Force stock fund and $75,000,000 shall be derived by transfer from the Defense stock fund, to remain available until expended.
