Procurement, Marine Corps For expenses necessary for the procurement, manufacture, and modification of missiles, armament, ammunition, military equipment, spare parts, and accessories therefor; plant equipment, appliances, and machine tools, and installation thereof in public or private plants, and vehicles for the Marine Corps, including purchase of not to exceed two hundred and seventy-four passenger motor vehicles (including three medium sedans at not to exceed $3,000 each) of which two hundred and fifty shall be for replacement only ; $670,000,000, and in addition, $10,000,000 which shall be derived by transfer from the Defense stock fund, to remain available until expended.
