SEC. 404. NATIONAL GENETIC RESOURCES PROGRAM. (a) In General.— Subtitle C of title XVI of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (Public Law 101–624; 104 Stat. 3744) is amended— (1) in the subtitle heading, by striking “Genetics” and inserting “Genetic”; and (2) in section 1633(a) (7 U.S.C. 5842(a)), by striking “Resources program” and inserting “Resources Program”. (b) Table Of Contents.—The item relating to such subtitle in section 1(b) of such Act (104 Stat. 3365) is amended to read as follows: “Subtitle C—National Genetic Resources Program”.
