Consumer and Marketing Service food stamp program For an additional amount for “Food stamp program”, $55,000,000: Provided, That additional expenditures resulting from amounts provided in this paragraph shall lie fully offset by sale of notes held by the Commodity Credit Corporation or other assets of the Department of Agriculture to prevent further expenditure reductions against existing programs pursuant to the Revenue and Expenditure Control Act of 1968.
