Social and Rehabilitation Service juvenile delinquency prevention and control For carrying out the purposes of the Juvenile Delinquency Prevention and Control Act of 1968, $5,000,000: Provided, That none of the funds contained herein shall be used to make grants, under Title I of said Act, in excess of the following: (1) $12,500 each to the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, (2) $50,000 to each of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
