Urban Mass Transportation Administration salaries and expenses For necessary expenses of the Urban Mass Transportation Administration, including uniforms and allowances therefor, as authorized by law (5 U.S.C. 5901–5902); hire of passenger motor vehicles; and services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109; $150,000, to be derived by transfer from the appropration for “Urban mass transportation grants”.
