Congressional Directory

§ 721. Congressional Directory There shall be prepared under the direction of the Joint Committee on Printing a Congressional Directory’, of which there shall be three editions during each first session and two editions during each second regular session of Congress. The first edition shall be distributed to Senators, Representatives, the principal officers of Congress, and heads of departments on the first day of the session, and shall be ready for distribution to others within one week thereafter. The Joint Committee shall control the number and distribution of the directory. Copies delivered to Senators and Representatives for distribution shall be bound in cloth.
