§ 910. Congressional Record: sale of current numbers and bound sets The Public Printer, under the direction of the Joint Committee, may print, for sale, at a price sufficient to reimburse the expense of printing, the current numbers and bound sets of the Congressional Record. The money from sales shall be paid into the Treasury and accounted for in his annual report to Congress, and sales may not be made on credit.
