SEC. 803. MUSHROOMS. Subtitle B of title XIX of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 6101 et seq.; 104 Stat. 3854) is amended— (1) in section 1925(h) (7 U.S.C. 6104(h)), by striking “government” and inserting “governmental”; (2) in section 1928(d)(1)(A) (7 U.S.C. 6107(d)(1)(A)), by striking “United States district court” and inserting “United States District Court”; and (3) in section 1929(b)(2) (7 U.S.C. 6108(b)(2)), by striking “section” after “1927 or”.
