SEC. 808. COTTON. (a) Cotton Promotion Act.— The Cotton Research and Promotion Act (7 U.S.C. 2101 et seq.) is amended— (1) in section 7(e)(4) (7 U.S.C. 2106(e)(4)), by striking “title” and inserting “Act”; (2) in section’ 8(b)(2) (7 U.S.C. 2107(b)(2)), by striking “section 17C(2)” and inserting “section 17(c)(2)”; (3) in section 10(b) (7 U.S.C. 2109(b)), by striking “section 8(b) or 8(c)” and inserting “subsection (b) or (c) of section 8”; and (4) in section 11(a) (7 U.S.C. 2110(a))— (A) by inserting “of this Act” after “section”; and (B) by striking “of this Act,” after “subsection (b),”. (b) Reports.— Section 1998 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 2101 note; 104 Stat. 3913) is amended by striking “title” each place it appears in subsections (a) and (b) and inserting “subtitle”.
