(a) Subsection (a) of section 502 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by inserting immediately after “disabled if he is” the following: “sixty-five years of age or older or”. (b) Subsection (b) of such section 502 is amended by inserting “(1) a patient in a nursing home or (2)” immediately after “if he is”.
