Procurement of Aircraft and Missiles, Navy For construction, procurement, production, modification, and modernization of aircraft, missiles, equipment, including ordnance, spare parts, and accessories therefor; specialized equipment; expansion of public and private plants, including the land necessary therefor, and such lands, and interests therein, may be acquired, and construction prosecuted thereon prior to approval of title by the Attorney General as required by section 355, Revised Statutes, as amended; and procurement and installation of equipment, appliances, and machine tools in public or private plants; $2,939,100,000, to remain available until expended of which $147,900,000 shall be available only for the F-111B aircraft program: Provided, That of the funds appropriated in this paragraph, $106,700,000 shall be available only for the EA-6A aircraft program.
