Sec. 501. (a) Clauses (4) and (5) of section 23(a) of the District of Columbia Alcoholic Beverage Control Act (D.C. Code, sec. 25–124(a)) are each amended by striking out “$1.75” and inserting in lieu thereof “$2.00”. (b) Section 23(c)(1) of such Act (D.C. Code, sec. 25–124(c)(1)) is amended by striking out “tenth” and inserting in lieu thereof “fifteenth”. (c)(1) The first sentence of section 40(a) of such Act (D.C. Code, sec. 25–138(a)) is amended by striking out “$2.00” and inserting in lieu thereof “$2.25”. (2) Paragraph (1) of such section is amended by striking out “10th” and inserting in lieu thereof “15th”.
