Sec. 204. Section 506 of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3186) is amended by inserting “(a)” immediately after “Sec. 506.” and by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection (b): “(b) The Federal cochairman shall establish and at all times maintain his headquarters office in the District of Columbia.”
