Sec. 102. Subsection (b) of section 105 of the Appalachian Regional Development Act of 1965 (40 App. U.S.C. 105) is amended to read as follows: “(b) To carry out this section there is hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Commission to be available until expended, not to exceed $1,900,000 for the two-fiscal year period ending June 30, 1971. Not to exceed $475,000 of such authorization shall be available for the expenses of the Federal cochairman, his alternate, and his staff.”
