SEC. 303. ACCOUNTABILITY OF THRIFT DEPOSITOR PROTECTION OVERSIGHT BOARD. Section 21A(a)(2) of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act (12 U.S.C. 1441a(a)(2)) is amended— (1) by striking “be accountable for” and inserting “monitor the operations of”; and (2) after “(hereinafter referred to in this section as the ‘Corporation’),” by inserting “and shall be accountable for the duties assigned to the Thrift Depositor Protection Oversight Board by this Act.”.
