Sec. 403. (a) Public Law 90–408 is amended in section 401 under the heading “Inside the United States” and subheading “national security agency” with respect to Fort Meade, Maryland, by striking out “$2,121,000” and inserting in place thereof “$2,609,000.” (b) Public Law 90–408 is amended in clause (4) of section 802 by striking out “$81,696,000” and inserting in place thereof “$82,184,000.”
