Sec. 505. The Secretary of Defense, or his designee, is authorized to accomplish alterations, additions, expansions or extensions not otherwise authorized by law, to existing public quarters at a cost not to exceed— (a) for the Department of the Army, $2,101,000. (b) for the Department of the Navy, $4,500,000. (c) for the Department of the Air Force, $4,500,000. (d) for the Defense Agencies, $439,000.
