Sec. 507. Section 515 of Public Law 84–161 (69 Stat. 824, 352) as amended, is amended by (1) striking out “1969 and 1970” in the first sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “1970 and 1971”, (2) inserting “and the Naval Supply Corps School, Athens, Georgia,” immediately after “Kansas,” in the last sentence, and (3) adding at the end of such section a new sentence as follows: “In no case may any housing unit be leased under authority of this section at a monthly rental in excess of $250, including the cost of utilities and maintenance, and operation.”
