Sec. 9. (a) Section 708(b) of the Defense Production Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. 2158(b)) is amended by striking out everything after “United States”, the first time it appears, and inserting a period in lieu thereof. (b) Section 708(f) of that Act (50 U.S.C. 2158(f)) is repealed.
