local grants-in-aid credit for certain facilities built on behalf of public universities Sec. 206. Clause (A)(ii) of the second proviso in section 110(d) of the Housing Act of 1949 is amended by striking out “by a public university” and inserting in lieu thereof “by or on behalf of a public university”.
