(a) The proviso in section 10(b) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 is amended by inserting after “any contract” the following: “, although not limited to debt service requirements,”. (b) The first sentence of section 10(e) of such Act is amended by 83 Stat. 389 striking out “$150,000,000 on July 1 in each of the years 1969 and 1970” and inserting in lieu thereof “$225,000,000 on July 1, 1969, and $170,000,000 on July 1, 1970”.
