authorization for housing for the elderly or handicapped Sec. 218. Section 202(a)(4) of the Housing Act of 1959 is amended to read as follows: “(4) There is authorized to be appropriated for the purposes of this section not to exceed $500,000,000, which amount shall be increased by $150,000,000 on July 1, 1969. Amounts so appropriated shall constitute a revolving fund to be used by the Secretary in carrying out this section.”
