national flood insurance program—adoption of local flood control measures Sec. 410. (a) Section 1305(c)(2) of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 is amended by striking out “June 30, 1970, permanent” and inserting in lieu thereof “December 31, 1971, adequate”. (b) Section 1315 of such Act is amended— (1) by striking out “June 30, 1970” and inserting in lieu thereof “December 31, 1971”; and (2) by striking out “permanent” and inserting in lieu thereof “adequate”. (c) Section 1361(c) of such Act is amended by striking out “permanent” and inserting in lieu thereof “adequate”.
