SEC. 612. PERMANENT EFFECTIVENESS OF EXEMPTION FOR TRANSACTIONS WITH INSURED DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS. Notwithstanding section 203 of the Resolution Trust Corporation Funding Act of 1991, the amendment made by section 201(b) of such Act shall apply on and after the date of the enactment of this Act.
