International Organizations and Conferences international conferences and contingencies For an additional amount for “International conferences and contingencies”, $350,000, to be derived by transfer from the appropriation for “Contributions to International Organizations”, fiscal year 1970: Provided, That $150,000 of the foregoing amount shall be transferred and available only on enactment into law of S.J. Res. 90, 91st Congress, or similar legislation.
