SEC. 953. SALARY. Section 7443(c) (relating to salaries of Tax Court judges) is amended to read as follows: “(c) Salary.— “(1) Each judge shall receive salary at the same rate and in the same installments as judges of the district courts of the United States. “(2) For rate of salary and frequency of installment see section 135, title 28, United States Code, and section 5505, title 5, United States Code.”
