Sec. 305. Section 634(a) of such Act, relating to reports and information, is amended— (1) by inserting in the first sentence, after the words “concerning operations”, the following: “(other than those reported pursuant to section 240A)”; and (2) by striking out of the last sentence the following: “on the operation of the investment guaranty program and”.
