contingency fund Sec. 110. Section 451(a) of such Act, relating to the contingency fund, is amended by striking out “fiscal year 1968 not to exceed $50,000,000, and for the fiscal year 1969 not to exceed $10,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “fiscal year 1970 not to exceed $15,000,000, and for the fiscal year 1971 not to exceed $15,000,000”.
