SEC. 3014. CONTINUED ASSISTANCE FOR COMMUTER RAIL IN SOUTHERN FLORIDA UNDER SECTION 9 PROGRAM. Section 329 of the Surface Transportation and Uniform Relocation Assistance Act of 1987 (49 U.S.C. 1607a) is amended— (1) in the first sentence by striking “in which major onsite” and all that follows before the period; and (2) in the second sentence by striking “provided as” and all that follows before the period.
