technical amendment regarding time of appropriations obligation Sec. 107. (a) Section 242 of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 is amended by inserting after the first sentence thereof the following new sentence: “Funds to cover the costs of the proposed contract, agreement, grant, loan, or other assistance shall be obligated from the appropriation which is current at the time the plan is submitted to the Governor.”. (b) All obligations under the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 which have been heretofore recorded substantially as provided in the amendment made by subsection (a) of this section are hereby confirmed and ratified.
