Gallaudet College salaries and expenses For the partial support of Gallaudet College, including repairs and improvements as authorized by the Act of June 18, 1954 (68 Stat. 265), $4,332,000: Provided, That Gallaudet College shall be paid by the District of Columbia, in advance at the beginning of each quarter, at a rate not less than $1,640 per school year for each student receiving elementary or secondary education pursuant to the Act of March 1, 1901 (31 D.C.
