maximum federal share of constriction projects for facilities for alcoholics or narcotic addicts in disadvantaged areas Sec. 302. Effective with respect to projects approved after June 30, 1970, under part C or part 1) of the Community Mental Health Centers Act, section 241(b) of such Act (42 E.S.C. 2688f), section 243(d) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 2688h),and section 251 (b) of such Act (42 V.S.C. 2638k) are each amended by inserting immediately after “66⅔ per centum” the following: “(or 90 per centum in the case of a facility providing services for persons in an area designated by the Secretary as an urban or rural poverty area)”.
