Sec. 210. Section 1732(c) of title 38, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: “(c) If a program of education is pursued by an eligible person at an institution located in the Republic of the Philippines, the educational assistance allowance computed for such person under this section shall be paid at a rate in Philippine pesos equivalent to $0.50 for each dollar.”
