(a) The parenthetical phrase in clause (A) of section 106(a)(3) of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 is amended by inserting “and of research and replication studies” immediately before the closing parenthesis. (b) Section 105(a)(7) of such title is amended by inserting “(which in the case of reports relating to performance is in accordance with specific performance criteria related to program objectives)” after “such information”.
