construction of educational research facilities Sec. 810. Section 4(a) of the Cooperative Research Act (Public Law 83–531) is amended by striking out “July 1, 1970” and substituting in lieu thereof “July 1, 1973”, and by striking out “July 1, 1971” and substituting in lieu thereof “July 1, 1974”.
