training of physical educators and recreation personnel for handicapped children Sec. 634. The Commissioner is authorized to make grants to institutions of higher education to assist them in providing training for personnel engaged or preparing to engage in employment as physical educators or recreation personnel for handicapped children or as educators or supervisors of such personnel, or engaged or preparing to engage, in research or teaching in fields related to the physical education or recreation of such children.
