Sec. 305. Section 2620 of the Revised Statutes, as amended (19 U.S.C. 32), is amended to read as follows: “The amounts, conditions for filing, and procedures for the approval of bonds required of customs officers shall be set forth in regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury.”
