Sec. 316. Section 5 of the Act of February 13, 1911, as amended (19 U.S.C. 267) j is amended by— (a) striking the words “inspectors, storekeepers, weighers, and other”; and (b) striking the term “collector of customs” wherever it appears in the section and inserting in lieu thereof “appropriate customs officer”.
