refunds and errors Sec. 210. Section 520(c) of the Tariff Act (19 U.S.C. 1520(c)) is amended by— (a) striking the words “the Secretary of the. Treasury may authorize a collector to” and substituting the words “the appropriate customs officer may, in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary,”; (b) striking the word “appraisement,” wherever it appears in paragraph (1): and (c) deleting “sixty” and substituting “ninety”’ and deleting “ten” and substituting ”nine” in paragraph (1).
