Precedence of American manufacturer, producer, or wholesaler cases ”Every proceeding in the Customs Court arising under section 516 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, shall be given precedence over other cases on the docket of the court, and shall be assigned for hearing and trial at the earliest practicable date and expedited in every way.”
