Sec. 306. (a) Amounts made available by this title shall be derived from the same source as the appropriation, fund, limitation, or authorization to which such amounts are added. (b) Appropriations made by, and transfers made pursuant to, this title shall be recorded on the Kooks of the Government as of June 30, 1970: Provided, That no appropriation made by this title shall be warranted, and no transfer authorized by this title shall be made, after August 15, 1970. 84 Stat. 405 (c) A complete report of the appropriations and transfers made by or pursuant to this title shall be made, not later than September 15, 1970, by the officers described in section 304, to the Director of the Bureau of the Budget, who shall compile and transmit to the Congress a consolidated report not later than October 15, 1970.
