Division of Expenses The sums appropriated in this title for the District of Columbia shall be paid as follows: $12, 191,000 from the general fund; $535,000 from the highway fund (regular); $14,000 from the highway fund (parking); $468,000 from the water fund; and $339,000 from the sanitary sewage works fund.
