EMERGENCY RELIEF.

SEC. 1022. EMERGENCY RELIEF. (a) Extension of Time Period.— Section 120(d) of title 23, United States Code, as redesignated by section 1021(b) of this Act, is amended by striking “90 days” and inserting “180 days”. (b) Dollar Limitation for Territories.— Section 125(b)(2) of such title is amended by striking “$5,000,000” and inserting “$20,000,000”. (c) Applicability.— The amendments made by subsections (a) and (b) shall only apply to natural disasters and catastrophic failures occurring after the date of the enactment of this Act.
