EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT Council on Environmental Quality and Office of Environmental Quality salaries and expenses For expenses necessary for the Council on Environmental Quality and the Office of Environmental Quality, in carrying out their functions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (Public Law 91–190) and the Environmental Quality Improvement Act of 1970 (Public Law 91–224), including hire of passenger vehicles, and partial support of the Cabinet Committee on the Environment and the Citizen’s Advisory Committee on Environmental Quality, established by Executive Order 11472 of May 29, 1969, as amended by Executive Order 11514 of March 5, 1970, $350,000.
