amendments to title 19 Sec. 148. Title 19 of the District of Columbia Code is amended as follows: (1) Section 19–701 is amended by striking out “Commissioners” and inserting in lieu thereof “Commissioner”. (2) (A) The following new section is added after section 19–114: “§ 19–115. Definition “For purposes of this chapter, the term ‘Probate Court’ means the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.” (B) The analysis of chapter 1 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new item: “19–115. Definition.”
