amendments to title 28 Sec. 151. (a) Sections 28–2103 and 28–2104 of title 28 of the District of Columbia Code are each amended by striking out “United States District. Court for the District of Columbia” and inserting in lieu thereof “court having probate jurisdiction”. (b) Section 28–2105 of title 28 of the District of Columbia Code is amended by striking out. “District Court” and inserting in lieu thereof “court, having probate jurisdiction”.
