Sec. 206. (a) Section 16 of the Cotton Research and Promotion Act (80 Stat. 285; 7 U.S.C. § 2115) is amended by striking “(a)” and by striking subsection (b). (b) The section heading for such section 16 is amended by striking “: Self-Incrimination”.
