Sec. 1106. (a) The Federal Explosives Act of October 6, 1917 (40 Stat. 385, as amended; 50 U.S.C. 121–143), and as extended by Act of July 1, 1948 (40 Stat. 671; 50 U.S.C. 144), and all regulations adopted thereunder are hereby repealed. (b) (1) Section 837 of title 18 of the United States Code is repealed. (2) The item relating to such section 837 in the chapter analysis of chapter 39 of such title 18 is repealed.
