DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT Mortgage Credit homeownership and rental housing assistance The limitation on total payments that may be required in any fiscal year by all contracts entered into under section 235 of the National Housing Act, as amended (82 Stat. 477), is increased by $45,000,000 and the limitation on total payments under those entered into under section 236 of such Act (82 Stat. 498) is increased by $45,000,000. 83 Stat. 54 Renewal and Housing Assistance college housing The limitation on total payments that may be required in any fiscal year by all contracts for annual grants with educational institutions entered into pursuant to section 401 of the Housing Act of 1950, as amended (82 Stat. 604), is increased by $2,500,000. low rent public housing annual contributions For additional amounts for “Low rent public housing annual contributions”, $7,168,000 for the fiscal year 1968, and $16,000,000 for the fiscal year 1969.
